#3 - Implementing Solutions
Once the company feels that it is right to implement the solution, it can either choose to use the services of Corporate Management Advice to implement the recommendations, or it can use its own resources to do so.

Business Reviews
The Business Review is effectively a health check of an organisation. Corporate Management Advice staff will review the people, processes and productivity of an organisation and report back to the owners, Board of Directors or CEO.
Our consultants perform a two-week review (or longer dependent on company size) on your business and then report back on what needs to be done to bring your business in line with best practice across all operational areas.
The process involves;
- detailed interviews with key staff across all operational areas
- review of financial practices including cash flows, budgets, accounts payable and recievable
- review of strategic plan, business plan, operational plans, business unit plans
- review of company business model
- review of sales and marketing processes
- recommendations prepared and presented in written and oral form
